9月29日,国际前沿交叉科学研究院(以下称“国交院”)与国际合作部(以下称“国合部”)联合举办第38期柏彦交叉论坛暨意大利国际学生交流会。论坛邀请了北航国际进修生新生、来自意大利米兰理工大学(Politecnico di Milano)的博士生Luis Felipe Villegas做主题报告。学生交流环节中,10余位在北航学习的意大利学生受邀参加座谈。论坛由国交院易黎副教授主持,国合部教师及国交院外事办公室相关师生参与了本次活动。
On September 29, 2025, the Institute for Interdisciplinary and Frontiers (IIIF) and the International Relations Department (IRD) co-hosted the 38th Baiyan X Forum, combined with a welcome session for international students from Italy. The event featured a keynote presentation by Luis Felipe Villegas, an international doctoral student from Politecnico di Milano. This was followed by an in-depth exchange and discussion with ten Italian students currently studying at Beihang University.
The forum was chaired by Associate Professor Li Yi of IIIF. Also in attendance were faculty members from IRD and staff from the International Affairs Office of IIIF.

易黎副教授首先对各位国际学生的到来表示欢迎,并向大家介绍北航的整体情况。随后,今年秋季学期入学的国际进修生、意大利米兰理工大学博士生Luis Felipe Villegas 分享了他在数字孪生领域的研究成果。他系统阐述了如何从制造业视角出发,通过知识整合实现数字孪生术语体系的对齐,随后聚焦于数字孪生的落地应用,提出了一个用于评估行业成熟度并定位具体需求的应用框架。
Associate Professor Li Yi began the event by extending a warm welcome to all students and then delivering a presentation that provided an overview of Beihang University. This was followed by a presentation from Dr. Luis Felipe Villegas, a new international senior scholar student from Politecnico di Milano, who shared his research achievements in the field of digital twins. He systematically elucidated how to harmonize the terminology system of digital twins from a manufacturing perspective through knowledge integration. Subsequently, he delved into the practical applications of digital twins and proposed a framework for assessing industrial maturity and identifying specific needs.

交流环节中,北航学习的10余位意大利学生开展圆桌座谈,每位学生进行了自我介绍,并分享了来北航后的生活经历及学习科研进展。来自意大利的双学位学生、交换生、进修生齐聚一堂,座谈氛围热烈而温馨。本次论坛及交流活动搭建了中意两国跨文化沟通平台,营造了开放包容、互学互鉴的国际化氛围,有力推动了中外师生学术交流与知识共享。
Following the keynote presentation, an engaging round table discussion was held with the Italian students from Beihang. The conversation centered on their academic pursuits and daily life experiences. Each participant introduced themselves and shared their personal and academic journeys since arriving at the university. The atmosphere throughout was both vibrant and cordial.
This forum and exchange activities established a cross-cultural communication platform between China and Italy, created an international atmosphere of openness, inclusiveness, and mutual learning, and effectively promoting academic exchanges and knowledge sharing between Chinese and foreign teachers and students.
