科研成果

研究成果主要面向基于钙钛矿材料的光电器件,包括多晶、单晶以及量子点钙钛矿材料,深入解析了基于钙钛矿材料的高性能光电器件的工作机理,系统揭示了钙钛矿器件中非辐射复合损失产生以及调控机制,攻克了相关研究方向效率提升的关键科学难题,主要贡献如下:      

1. 首次提出溶液辅助二次生长方法在钙钛矿薄膜表面构筑带隙递变结构,创下当时反式钙钛矿光伏器件光电转换效率的世界纪录;

2.开创性采用零维量子点调控钙钛矿薄膜表面晶体微纳结构;

3. 首次开发钙钛矿量子点薄膜重组装技术,克服了量子点电荷限域效应对光生电流的影响。

迄今,本人共发表SCI论文20余篇,其中以第一作者(包含共同第一作者)在Science、Joule、Advanced Materials、ACS Energy Letter、Nano Energy等期刊发表论文7篇,成果入选2018年“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”,1篇ESI高被引论文,总引用次数超过3000次,h-指数18,授权国家发明专利一项,担任Nano Energy、Applied Physics等期刊审稿人。
